Tissue paper additives primarily refer to chemical additives required to meet basic process performance during production, as well as those imparting specific properties to different tissue grades.
1. Adhesive/Yankee Coating Adhesive
Used during production to increase adhesion between paper fibers, making the wet web adhere more easily to the Yankee cylinder surface.
2. Release Agent
Used during production to facilitate easy peeling of the paper from the Yankee cylinder, preventing difficulties in creping due to excessive adhesion.
3. Modifier
Used in tissue paper production to improve paper quality and performance, typically used in conjunction with adhesives and release agents.
4. Softener
Used to enhance the softness of tissue paper products.
5. Pitch Control Agent
Used to resolve operational efficiency issues caused by pitch problems during production.
6. Wet Strength Agent
Used to improve the strength of tissue paper products under wet conditions.
