Pulping Aids-Series Product Introduction
Pulping Aids-Series Product Introduction
Case detail

The Pulping Aids product series primarily addresses issues encountered during the pulping process, such as low production efficiency, high alkali consumption, pitch issues, system scaling, reduced washing efficiency, difficult foam control, and increased bleaching chemical consumption.

1. Penetrant

Increases the penetration speed of the cooking liquor into the raw materials, improving cooking efficiency and accelerating the extraction of organics such as pitch.

2. Cooking Aid

Accelerates the cooking reaction rate, effectively protects fibers, increases yield, and reduces fiber peeling reactions during cooking.

3. Pitch Dispersant

Enhances the dissolution rate of pitch from raw materials, reducing the impact of pitch issues on production.

4. Pitch Encapsulant

Reduces the re-agglomeration of dissolved pitch, further minimizing the impact of pitch issues on production.

5. Pulping Descaling Agent

Effectively removes scale from different pulping processes and areas through soaking or circulation.

6. Pulping Scale Inhibitor

Slows down scaling rates through online addition for scaling in different pulping processes and areas.

7. Pulping Defoamer

Added online during the pulp washing process to effectively control foam growth and improve washing efficiency.

8. Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer

In non-silicate bleaching processes for mechanical pulp, adding this product effectively reduces the ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
